1.1 Fire is dangerous! The fire equipment items from FEUERZORA .de are NOT TOYS and may be used only as intended.
The use of our fire equipment is prohibited for children and minors.
1.2. The fire equipment from FEUERZORA .de is exclusively
designed for professional and experienced fire players. The moves should be perfectly
controlled before fire is used under any form.
1.3 CAUTION! Falsely used fire equipment can be extremely dangerous
for your health and body. We also explicitly advise against fire breathing,
since this can lead to serious health problems and even death, even if properly
performed. Fire should never be used while wearing synthetic clothes as these
melt extremely fast in contact with fire and can cause severe burns. We also
recommend wearing a hair protection.
2. Responsible use of fire equipment /
Liability 2.1.
We use high quality materials (see materials guide). Nevertheless, the fire
equipment should be checked before each use for normal wearout and weaknesses.
The fire equipment must be swung out before use. For environmental reasons, a
so-called "shake-off can" should be used to collect excess fluid.
Only lamp oil or special toy fluid should be used to soak the toys – no alcohol, barbecue lighting fluid or gasoline.
2.2. FEUERZORA .de
assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, deaths or other physical or
material damage caused directly or indirectly through the use of fire
equipment.
2.3.
Fire equipment must be checked on your own responsibility before each use.
Playing with fire is at your own risk. For your safety, provide sufficient
fire-fighting possibilities (e.g. fire blanket, fire extinguisher, etc.) FEUERZORA .de recommends contraction of an appropriate
insurance before fire play.
3. Behavior while fire playing
Better be safe than sorry. Play it safe and take all
necessary precautions to prevent injuries and accidents. Use fire only outdoors
and at a sufficient distance from people and buildings. Fire play under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication can lead to serious injury of the player and the audience!
4. Storage
Store the fire equipment out of reach of children (choking hazard!). The equipment must be cooled off completely before storing (fire hazard!).
By using the fire
equipment you acknowledge that you fully accept these conditions and assume
full responsibility for any resulting consequences.
If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not use
our equipment. You may return the unused fire equipment within the cancellation
period of 14 days and we will refund you.
